GoGenies is pleased to announce the hiring of Carrie Miller as Vice President of Operations. 

In this role, Miller will define, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of efficient operational activities, including ensuring a successful client experience and taking cost-effective measures to meet the current and future needs of the global organization. 

Miller has over 20 years of software product management and design experience and is a veteran of a successful startup. Her breadth of experience includes planning, defining, and launching HR SaaS applications, managing product growth globally, ensuring client adoption, creating end-user documentation, training internal teams and partners, defining quality assurance protocols, and website design. 

Prior to joining GoGenies, Miller was the vice president of product management for HRsmart, a Richardson-based talent management solutions company for 15 years until it was purchased by Deltek. Miller stayed on with Deltek as Senior Product Director.
